Servicio muy bueno, personal muy atento y servicial. Habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias Azotea con piscina muy bonita y acogedero para tomar algo tranquilamente. Como punto negativo destacaría la insonorización algo insuficiente por un hotel de esa categoría.

Toda la experiencia de este hotel fue de lo mejor, desde la llegada y la atención del bell boy y el check in. Los cuartos son de gran tamaño, así como el baño. Me hospede en un cuarto con cama King Size y la cama era muy cómoda. La decoración es de muy buen gusto y los cuartos cuentan con una gran pantalla y acceso a Netflix, que para mi gusto es un gran plus. ¡El servicio al cuarto y el restaurante japonés de la terraza también son muy ricos! En fin para mi gusto es el mejor hotel de Tijuana con una gran atención, gran decoración, limpieza y servicio.

“Muy bonita decoración, el bar es acogedor, habitaciones muy cómodas, muy recomendable. Cuenta con estacionamiento. El trato del personal excelente, el mayordomo es muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena. Algo que me llamó mucho la atención que en las puertas el ojillo es una cámara.”
