To Our Guests & Clients
At Lucerna Hotels, your safety and hygiene are our priority.
It is a pleasure for us to inform you that we are governed by strict sanitary and hygiene protocols. As a responsible company, we are committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19, which is why we have activated the following additional measures:
- Constant cleaning of public spaces, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Secretary of Health.
- Continuous reinforcement of hand washing, temperature control and use of antibacterial gel.
- Have at your disposal, safety and hygiene equipment (Antibacterial Gel and Face Cover).
- The use of face coverings was implemented for all personnel.
Internal Precautionary Measures
Do not forget to respect social distancing.
We invite you to use antibacterial gel.
Do not forget to wash your hands every 60 minutes for at least 20 seconds.
Do not forget sneeze etiquette.
Do not forget that only 4 people are allowed in the elevator.
Remember not to touch your face.
We invite you to do greeting etiquette.
Do not forget to disinfect work tools.
Do not forget to disinfect surfaces.
Do not forget to disinfect desks.
Do not forget to wear protective gear.
Do not forget to use preventive measures on the way to work.
Bell will be used when serving a dish.

THE USE OF MAQUISA BRAND CHEMICALS TO CARRY OUT THE CLEANING AND SANITATION OF PUBLIC AREAS, ROOMS AND BEDDING AND TABLE LINEN; COMPLYING WITH QUALITY AND HEALTH STANDARDS BY THE SSA, SOME APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) AND OTHERS WITH KOSHER CERTIFICATION.
Our linens are treated with high-quality liquids that meet proper hygiene standards.
